THE game was four minutes old when Tom Whalley’s ball brought Karl Thomas into play.
After taking it round the keeper fired home for 1-0.
Jordan Nearys rasper hit he crossbar from 25 yards on the 7th minute before Sandymoor came into the game and matched Bridge man for man until 38 minutes when Liam Sweeney’s dangerous cross was flicked home by Thomas Whalley for 2-0.
3-0 came soon after when Bridge Timber’s man of the match Lewis Watson turned his marker inside out and shot with his left foot, beating everything but the post, Karl Thomas side footed home for 3-0.
On the hour mark, Karl Cafu Jenkins made a trademark run down the left, after trading passes inside with Mike Chesters he fired hard an low into the far corner for 4-0.
Liam Sweeney got his first of the game after finding the roof of the net after good work from Jamie Cumpper and then Ste Hickson made it 6-0 when picking the ball up 25 yards out and unleashing an unstoppable drive into the far corner for 6-0.
Arguably the goal of the game came when Liam Sweeney lost his marker 30 yards out, after turning them inside out he let loose with a 30 yard screamer that hit the back of the net before the keeper could react for 7-0.
Sandymoor pulled one back late on hitting Timber on the break before Nicky Vaughan blew the final whistle.
Lewis Watson was Timber’s man of the match with Jamie Cumpper, Ste Coady and Karl Jenkins running him close.
