QUEUES of traffic are building along the Mersey Gateway Bridge due to an accident amid rush hour.
One lane has closed on the northbound side of the bridge in Widnes this afternoon, Monday.
This is following an accident which occurred between Bridgewater Expressway to A557 Queensway.
Delays are to be expected and queueing traffic is being experienced currently.
