RESIDENTS are being urged to report any sightings of a teenager who has been reported missing from home.
Cheshier Police officers in Widnes are appealing for help from the public in tracing the missing girl from the town.
Sasha Stewart was last seen at around 4pm on Sunday, November 17, in Bury town centre.
The 15-year-old is described by Cheshire Police as being British Jamaican and around five feet tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
The appeal adds that Sasha is originally from the Ditchfield Road area of Widnes, but that she also has links to the Burnley area of Lancashire.
As part of enquiries to locate Sasha, officers in Widnes are now appealing for help from the public in tracing her.
Chief inspector Cath Jones said: “We are following a number of enquires in order to locate Sasha, but we are now appealing to the public for support.
“If anyone has any information regarding Sasha's whereabouts, or may have captured her on any CCTV or dashcam footage, please contact our officers.
“I would also like to appeal to Sasha directly to please get in touch and to let us know you are safe and well.”
