MILLER and Carter has responded to rumours that it will be opening a new restaurant in Widnes.
It comes following rumours that the steakhouse would be opening in Upton Rocks.
Residents have been excited about the prospect of the restaurant, which calls itself ‘the master of steak’ being located on their doorstep.
Currently, the closest branch to Widnes is in Warrington on Gemini Retail Park.
This restaurant opened back in 2016 and has proven popular among Warrington residents and afar since.
However, Widnes residents will be disappointed to hear that a spokesman for the steakhouse told The World it has no plans to open a venue in the town.
