POLICE were called to reports of children setting off fireworks in Runcorn.
They received reports of the incident at around 8.50pm last Thursday.
Officers attended the scene on West Lane, near to McDonald’s and Asda, and spoke to a number of young people.
According to a Cheshire Police spokesperson, none of them had fireworks.
