POLICE are urging residents to keep an eye out for a 12-year-old boy who has been reported missing.
Merseyside Police is appealing for help to find missing Baseer Jan, from Speke.
He has been missing from home since yesterday, Wednesday, and he was last seen on Shipley Walk near Morrisons in Speke at around 1am this morning, Thursday.
The force says that ‘extensive enquiries’ are ongoing to find him.
Baseer is described as having black hair, being clean shaven and having brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, dark grey tracksuit bottoms and black and white trainers.
Baseer is known to frequent Speke and the area of the town’s Morrisons supermarket.
Anyone who sees him is urged to contact Merseyside Police by calling 101 or direct messaging @MerPolCC on X, formerly Twitter.
