Crews tackle kitchen fire in Runcorn in early hours of the morning
CREWS tackled a kitchen fire in Runcorn in the early hours of this morning, Wednesday.
Firefighters were called to the incident on The Glebe at around 2.50am.
The fire involved a bin bag full of household rubbish in a kitchen.
The fire was extinguished and a large fan was used to clear smoke from the property.
One fire engine from Widnes attended as well as two fire engines from Runcorn.
