A SUSPECTED flasher has been arrested by police investigating reports of indecent exposure.
It follows a reported incident at 3.30pm on Wednesday, July 17 in Runcorn.
Cheshire Police says it received a report that a man exposed himself to traffic on Halton Lodge Avenue, near to the junction with Spur Road.
As part of enquiries into the incident, a 43-year-old man has been arrested and released on bail pending further enquiries.
Now, the force is appealing for witnesses to come forward.
DC Ian Smith said: “I would urge anyone who was in the area at the time and may have seen a man exposing himself by the side of the road to contact us.
“The same goes for anyone with dashcam footage.”
