BURGLARS caused damage to Hale Village Hall during a burglary over the weekend.
A rear door was forced open at the premises on High Street late on Saturday night or in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Anyone who heard or saw anything suspicious is urged to report it to Cheshire Police.
The force’s Ditton and Hale Police team said: “A burglary occurred at Hale Village Hall on High Street overnight on Saturday night.
“Did you see anything or anybody acting suspiciously around the village hall from about 8.30pm on Saturday night to 8am on Sunday morning?
“The premises was broken into by forcing the rear door. Did you notice or hear any alarm sounding?
“Do you have dashcam, doorbell footage or other CCTV which may cover the High Street or Pepper Street?
“Please check, and if anything is found that you feel may be of use, do call us on 101, quoting IML1864736.”
