The facility features high-speed internet, ergonomic furniture, fully equipped meeting rooms with the latest technology, and comfortable coffee points where tenants can recharge and network with like-minded professionals.

Speaking on the new development, Kate Holt, managing director at BusinessLodge, said: “Our new Widnes facility combines modern amenities with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, creating the perfect setting for businesses to thrive.”

Promising to boost the local economy, the space will create more than 350 new jobs in Widnes.

There was a keen focus on employing local businesses, sourced via Halton Chamber of Commerce, to complete the initial works, with NW Contracts Ltd, Widnes, being one local business that helped to complete the extensive renovations.

Managing director, Dale Kenningham added: “It has been fantastic to collaborate with another Widnes business and to have worked to transform Kingsway House into a modern office space that I’m sure many businesses will be proud occupy”

Since opening, one business has already expanded its operations from Stoke on Trent to also have a presence in Widnes.

“We have a strong ethos for supporting the communities in which we operate through organising opportunities for local charities and businesses to take part in centre pop-up events, and by supporting community projects,” Kate said.

“We always receive great feedback from our clients about how friendly and collaborative our centres are.

“We have a clear commitment to sustainability as an organisation and we constantly strive to find new ways to reduce our carbon footprint and our environmental impact.”

Uniquely the office space also has a pet-friendly policy to boost morale.

Each office space is fully air conditioned and individually alarmed, to ensure clients comfort and optimal security.
