A STOLEN van has been recovered.
Police have reunited a white Vauxhall van with its owner thanks to help from a member of the public.
The van was stolen from just outside Runcorn and found on Fallowfield, in Halton Brook.
Now, PCSO Paul Barker is urging anyone with information about who stole it to get in touch.
He said: "Many thanks to the resident who called us this morning.
"The vehicle was stolen from just outside the Runcorn area.
"We have now recovered it for a forensic examination.
"One very happy owner called to let them know we have it.
"If anybody happened to see who left the vehicle on Fallowfield or knows who took it please drop me a DM in complete confidence."
