A MAN has been charged with drug offences following a police stop check in Widnes.
Gareth Lambert, of Little Heath Road, has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of criminal property.
He was stopped by officers on patrol in the Factory Lane area of the town on Wednesday, May 16, who found him in possession of heroin and crack cocaine.
Gareth, 38, has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates Court today, Friday.
