A PLUSH new property development in Runcorn with 27 apartments has now been completed and is set to move onto the next stage.
The development, called Hallwood Park, has been built on the land that was previously the disused pub, The Merry Monk.
Alderley Group, who developed the building, has now handed the development over to Housing Association, Onward Homes, who will now market the apartments to potential tenants.
Inside the new development, 27 one and two bed apartments have been built under an affordable rent scheme.
Hallwood Park features Juliet balconies, cycle storage a car park and a communal garden space for residents to enjoy.
Alderley Group has worked alongside many partners throughout the project, including Halton Borough Council, ABW Architects and Cheshire Planning Solutions.
“We are delighted with the transformation of Hallwood Park’s previously unused land into a property that will turn into a sociable and community led hub for Runcorn,” said Kevin Corish, founder and CEO of Alderley Group.
“Quality remained our priority throughout the planning and construction of Hallwood Park and our team are ecstatic with the results.
