IT is official, Sandymoor is now home to a new coffee house, restaurant, and bar.
Otterburns opened its doors today, Monday, after months of behind the scenes planning and construction.
The venue offers breakfast and lunch options, as well as an evening menu where you can find a ‘British modern take’ on tapas, small plates, and sharing boards.
A full drinks menu is also available, with coffee in the day, transitioning to an upscale and premium wine and cocktail menu in the evening.
Otterburns, which is located next to the Co-op, is owned by Sandymoor resident David Watson.
He knew how much the community needed somewhere like Otterburns, so decided to come out of retirement to fill the empty unit.
The eatery, which has around 100 covers, will have limited spaces until its official full opening on March 22.
