The Hop Vine, formerly The Royal Hotel, was built in 1874 and was the main stopping point for goods being transported to and from the old Turnpike road - the A59.
The Royal as it was known has served the community and travellers alike.

From ales to YPAs and blonde beers, The Hop Vine is a small producer using primary English hops brewing exclusively in house for The Hop Vine and their sister pub the Legh Arms.
Customers love the “huge portions” and say the food is “always fresh and delicious”.
