A HOUSEBUILDER has launched a collection of 57 much-needed homes in Runcorn.
Hatters Chase in Sandymoor is the first Bovis Homes development in the region and it will feature a mix of two, three, and four bedrooms detached and semi-detached homes.
Bovis Homes has already developed a relationship with nearby school Sandymoor Ormiston Academy, with colleagues delivering talks to pupils about the housing industry.
It has also made a donation of materials to support the school’s sensory garden.
Gemma Hardy, managing director of Vistry Merseyside and Cheshire West which Bovis Homes is part of, said: “We’re excited to launch new energy efficient homes in Sandymoor, particularly as it’s our first Bovis Homes development in the region.
“It’s been great to be able to forge a meaningful relationship with the neighbouring school, which forms part of our ethos to create a lasting impact long after our work in the area has completed.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming potential homeowners to the development and would urge anyone interested to get in touch with our sales team and book an appointment.”
