AN event with an exciting range of apprenticeship opportunities is coming to Daresbury.
The STFC Daresbury Laboratory Apprenticeship Open Evening 2024 is taking place next month.
Daresbury Laboratory is opening its doors to students, who have just left school or college, and those looking to explore their next steps towards their future career.
The event will showcase the range of excellent opportunities available, with word class training and the opportunity to earn while you learn.
STFC’s Michelle Smith, Senior Apprenticeship Coordinator at Daresbury Laboratory, said:
“STFC’s Daresbury Laboratory has been pushing the boundaries of modern science and technology for over 60 years, with a mission to solve our most urgent societal and industrial issues, from healthcare to the environment.
“The wide and varied range of apprenticeship opportunities we have here are designed to ensure that we have access to the people and skills we need to support this mission, and the complex needs of our expanding portfolio.
“Apprenticeships are a fundamental and highly valued part of STFC’s strategic vision. They receive accredited, world-class training from approved providers, alongside excellent on-the-job training in a supportive, collaborative environment led by experts across many fields."
The event will take place on Thursday, February 8, from 5pm to 8pm.
Bookings are now live.
