LUKE Littler WILL take part in this year's PDC Premier League Darts.
The sport's main governing body has confirmed the 16-year-old sensation, who was born in Runcorn, as part of the eight-player line-up for the televised round-robin event, which starts next month.
It comes following the former Padgate Academy pupil's incredible run at the World Darts Championship, where he became the youngest player to reach the final before losing to world number one Luke Humphries last night.
He will join Humphries, Gerwyn Price, Michael Smith, Peter Wright, Nathan Aspinall, Michael Van Gerwen and Rob Cross on the 17-date tour.
Littler and Humphries' battle on Wednesday night attracted Sky Sports' highest-ever viewing figures outside of football, with almost five million people tuning in to see "Cool Hand" triumph 7-4.
