A VIOLENT yob who ‘plagued’ residents with anti-social behaviour for the past six months has been taken off the streets.
The 16-year-old youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been sentenced to eight months in a youth detention centre.
Posting on social media, a Cheshire police spokesman said: “A 16-year-old youth who has been relentless with their offending over the last six months and has plagued communities with anti-social behaviour, inflicting criminal damage and senseless violence, has been sentenced to eight months in a youth detention centre.
“We take ASB seriously and hope this sends a message to those youngsters who think this won’t happen to them and their parents.”
