A CAR park at Runcorn Shopping City has now closed to members of the public.
The news was confirmed in a statement by the shopping centre in a statement following the closure of the centre’s Wilko store.
The retailer, which fell into administration last month, closed its doors for the final time yesterday, Tuesday.
As a result, the car park is now closed, with customers advised to use other car parks around the centre.
In a statement, Runcorn Shopping City said: “Due to the Wilko closure, we have had to unfortunately close the car park for health and safety reasons.
“Please use the free car parking facilities in car parks one, two and three and alternative routes. We apologise for any inconvenience during this transition.
“If you have any concerns, please do contact us directly and we will do our best to come back to you ASAP, and we thank all customers for their support during this time.”
