DRAMATIC footage shows a heavy armed police presence in Widnes accompanied by police dogs.
The video, captured by Conor O’Brien, shows at least four police cars and four unmarked cars at the incident on Green Oaks Way.
It appears there are around eight armed officers surrounding a car – while holding weapons.
And a number of police dogs can be spotted at the scene.
Officers approach the car at the end of the video and it is believed a female exited the vehicle towards them.
The incident happened on August 26 between 4 and 5pm.
Cheshire Police have been contacted for comment who revealed the incident involved a North Wales operation.
The Runcorn and Widnes World has approached North Wales Police for comment a number of times, but no details or information have been provided.
