A WIDNES legend joined Bryan Adams up on stage over the weekend for a hometown appearance.
Fresh from her appearance at Glastonbury with the Blossoms, former Fairfield High School pupil Melanie C took to the DCBL Stadium on Saturday, July 2 to join the Canadian icon.
The Spice Girls singer - real name Melanie Chisholm - and Bryan opened with a fantastic rendition of their song When You’re Gone, originally released in 1998.
The pair also performed Frankie Valli's I Love You Baby and Can't Take My Eyes Off You.
English rockers Reef supported the gig too.

And Sammy felt it was truly her best performance of When You’re Gone.
