Widnes risks becoming a 'ghost town' due to empty shops
Having lived in Widnes for over 20 years I have watched the steady decline in the centre of Widnes.
There are 10 plus closed shops.
I have contacted the council but no answer.
If something isn't done soon we will become a ghost town.
