Fire at Gorsewood Road play area in Runcorn extinguished
THERE was a fire at a playground in Runcorn on Sunday evening.
The flames had gone out on the street furniture at the Gorsewood Road play area when the fire crew arrived at around 6.15pm.
But firefighters used a hose jet to dampen down the area and clear the debris.
