He appeared at Crewe Magistrates Court on Friday, December 18, alongside 40-year-old John Tobin, of Liverpool, who has been charged with participating in the activities of an organised crime group.
The pair have been remanded into custody ahead of a further appearance before Liverpool Crown Court next month.
