BOXING superstars have made their coaches proud after completing a skills contest for Halton Riverside Boxing Club (HRBC).
Evan Atkinson and James Brandreth are amateur boxers at the club which is based Unit Two Victoria Trading Estate in Croft Street, Widnes.
The recently completed their third skills bout which is designed to aid the development of young boxers and has no official winner or looser.
A spokesperson for HRBC said: "Both young boxers put a solid performance and both boxers representing HRBC have done amazing.
"This is only their third skills contest- we just wanted to let them know how proud we all are of them back at the gym."
HRBC is a registered amateur boxing club and holds classes for children from the age of eight.
It also hosts fitness classes for people of all ages and abilities such as calorie burning and strength training.
