WITH reference to the article in last week’s World about the bridge tolls, I have been struggling to find the answers to simple questions.
How do you find out how to pay the toll if you do not have access to the internet and how do you know what the fines are if you do not have internet access?
I have not received relevant answers form Merseyflow, the DVLA, my MP or the Department for Transport.
I have had too many ridiculous answers to mention here.
I have also asked for a transcript of my telephone calls to Merseyflow but it seems I can only get those under the Freedom of Information Act.
I have internet access but many people do not.
However it is assumed I am only interested in myself.
