I WAS not looking forward to the bridge opening but it was nothing to do with tolls.
My dog is afraid of fireworks and having two firework displays so close together wasn’t going to be fun.
So last Friday night I sat with my dog preparing for her to be a quivering mess.
However I was presently surprised. She slept through.
I even watched the live feed and enjoyed the firework display for the first time in 10 years.
Really impressed that you got it right and people watching could enjoy it and also people and dogs who don’t usually like them had a peaceful night.
Fingers crossed bonfire night is the same.
