The Mersey Gateway bridge
I AM amazed that people are having to pay another £10 to register for bridge tolls when they change their car.
It is the residents of Halton who have been given the concession, not the cars of Halton.
The sticker should apply to the person and not the vehicle.
Does a changed vehicle require a changed sticker?
