DUE to the advice from Merseyflow to ‘register early to beat the rush’, I stupidly did so for a car that was due to be changed during the autumn, costing me £10.
When I then tried to change my vehicle details to my new one I was charged a further £10 for doing so.
Of course as the bridge is not even open yet neither vehicle has been able to cross so I think the advice has been terrible.
The call centre was totally inflexible when I complained.
Others should be warned against making the same mistake as Merseyflow seems to be out to make as much money as possible out of Halton residents and outsiders.
