WALSH Paul Passed away peacefully on 11th June aged 87 having lived well. A loving Husband, Father of 4 and Grandfather of 10 - his legacy is a strong one. An accomplished property developer who was highly active across the county and specialised in Listed Buildings. Perhaps his most notable achievement was the restoration of the Warrington Academy at Bridgefoot

Sad to hear Paul has passed away. Fond memories of this gentleman. A real character, loved his unorthodox driving style, happy times spent in my youth with the Walsh family. RIP Mr Walsh. Condolences to Johnathan, Paul, Elizabeth and Andrew
