TOPHAM Hazel Sadly passed away on Tuesday, 6th June 2024, at Bryn Beryl Hospital, Pwllheli, aged 80 years. Beloved Wife of Dermot, Mother of Andrew and Jane, and Grandmother to Toby, Lucy and Zac. Will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, 26th June 2024, at 1:45pm, at St Matthew's Church, Stretton, followed by committal at Walton Crematorium at 2:40pm.
