HOLT David John Passed away peacefully in his wife's loving arms and children by his side on 23rd September aged 69 after a 16 year battle with his health. Funeral to take place at 1.30pm on Monday 3rd October at St Margaret's Church, 2 St Margaret's Avenue, Warrington, WA2 8DT, followed by cremation at Walton Lea Crematorium at 2.40pm. Family Flowers only please and donations on the day (We are still deciding on what we would like to do with the donations)
