FITZSIMMONS nee Screawn Pat (Patricia) Pat sadly passed away in Warrington Hospital on Monday 29th August, aged 77. A devoted Mum to 4 children Tracy, Bernadette, John and Ken. A loving Grandma to 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren a 1 due in December. Also a loving sister to John, Terence and the late Bernard Screawn. A funeral service will be held at Walton Lea Crematorium on Wednesday 14th September 2022 at 11:20. Family flowers only please with donations, if desired in memory of Pat to the Alzheimer's Society. Wear a flash of purple, if possible, her favourite colour.
