MURIEL BOOTH DAVIES Died peacefully in Blackpool Victoria Hospital on 26th February 2021 after a short illness at the age of 99. Born in Warrington in 1921 Muriel Booth Houghton lived in Doe Green, Penketh, with her mother Florence, father Joseph, sister Barbara, and brother Kenneth. A much loved and devoted Wife, Mum, Grandma and Nana, Muriel will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by all her family and friends. From about 1960 until 2018 she lived in Sankey and worked at Eaton Axles before she retired in 1970. Her late husband Frank Leslie died in 2003. She is survived by her son Robert Stephen and his wife Maureen in Lytham St Annes where Muriel has lived since 2018. Muriel has two grandchildren Anna and husband Martin and Peter and wife Stacey and three great grandchildren Thomas, Finlay and Isabelle. The funeral service will take place at Lytham Crematorium on Monday 22nd March 2021 at Noon.
