POPS, a two-year-old Basset Hound from Halton Village in Runcorn is our pet of the week.
His owner Ozita Rowlands said: “What makes him so special is he has amassed nearly 1500 followers on Instagram.
“He has a speckled ear which is pretty rare for basset hounds. I hope you enjoy this photo of him at Norton Priory.”
